INITIAL CONSULTATION
Harmony Organizing LLC requires payment of the confirmation fee at least 24 hours in advance in order to secure the appointment. If the confirmation fee has not been made prior to that time Harmony Organizing LLC may determine to cancel the appointment.

CLIENT AS PARTNERS
Client Participation: Harmony Organizing LLC views every client as a partner and requires that the Client participates in the organizing process. The degree of participation will be determined by both the Client and Harmony Organizing LLC hereinafter referred to as “Harmony”. Harmony will provide a personal line of contact to the Client to ensure timely communication and requests. The Client’s personal line of contact should be accessible throughout all stages of the project during the hours agreed upon by the Client and Harmony.
Client Feedback: Harmony requires that the Client provide prompt feedback and evaluation when requested to ensure proper implementation, timeliness, and success of the project.
Removal of Private/Sensitive Items/Information: Clients should remove any items or information they wish not to be handled or viewed by Harmony.
Deadlines: Harmony’s ability to meet estimated deadlines and to successfully complete the project is predicated on the client’s provision of all necessary information, feedback & evaluation, participation and purchase of materials/supplies in a prompt manner.
Proposals: Proposals approved and signed by the Client are binding upon Harmony and the Client commencing on the date of the Client’s signature. This proposal is valid for five business days.

PAYMENT
Methods of Payment: Checks, Cash, Credit Cards accepted. Credit cards are subject to a processing tax.
Fee Criteria: Estimated fees are based on work performed during regular session hours. Overtime, rush, holiday, and work necessitated by the Client’s directive or permission is billed in addition to the fees quoted.Any alteration or deviation from the project specifications (description, estimated time frame, and estimated costs)will be executed only upon written order and may require additional sessions beyond the estimated time frame and may incur an additional fee(s) above the estimated cost.
Purchases: All materials/supplies recommended by Harmony and approved by the Client must be purchased by the Client at the Client’s expense. Should Harmony make purchases trips at the request or permission of the client, the necessary funds are due to Harmony prior to the purchasing trip. Harmony may conduct purchase trips at a fee of $35.00 not exceeding 1.5 hours

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Rescheduling: Harmony understands that unexpected events occur and will grant one complimentary rescheduled session per project. Each additional rescheduled session will be subject to a $25 fee. All re-scheduled requests must be received at least 24 business hours before the start of the scheduled session. Harmony may determine to continue, postpone or end the project after consecutive rescheduled sessions.
Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the project needs to be canceled, all cancellation requests must be received in writing via email or mail at least 48 business hours before the start of the scheduled project. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 1/3 of the projected estimate. No refunds will be made for requests received after that time.Please allow two weeks for processing. Once the project has begun all sales are final.
Expiration: Services expire 3 months after date of purchase.

DISCLAIMER
Status: It is at the discretion of Harmony to accept, reject, postpone or cancel any project at any given time based due the feasibility of the project which includes but not limited to lack of client participation, payment, failure to purchase necessary materials/supplies, feedback & evaluation and/or any issue that may be determined to the success and completion of the project and/or Harmony’s good name.
Results: Success is our goal; however, results vary based on the type of project and/or the degree of client participation, access to necessary materials/supplies, client feedback & evaluation and other specifications associated with the project. The project’s success may also be subject to Acts of God.
Maintenance: The maintenance of the project after its completion is the responsibility of the Client. Harmony offers ongoing maintenance sessions for a fee which can be purchased at any time.
Valuables: Harmony is diligent about handling your valuables with care. Permission is always requested from the Client before handling any item. However, Harmony is not liable for any damage of items, furniture, materials/supplies, etc. that exist within or outside of the project space due to handling, use, transition, storage, etc.

MEDIA RELEASE (Optional)
You acknowledge that photos, video, and words will be recorded and I hereby consent to allow Harmony Organizing to use them in any and/or all marketing activities.

PRIVACY
Harmony will not disclose without your express permission the client’s contact information or media to third parties for uses other than referrals/partnerships used to enhance and/or complete the project and for advertisement purposes of Harmony.Harmony will not disclose personal and/or business documents or sensitive information with any party at any time unless specifically given permission to do so.
