During A Life Coaching Session
- In general, I begin a session by establishing a client’s current relationship with their life goals and then we move on to identify key goals that the client would like to accomplish on the short- or long-term.
- I ask many guiding questions that you reflect on and articulate what outcomes they would like to achieve, and
- I assist my clients in developing a step-by-step plan that is actionable and achievable.
- By the end of every session, each client leaves with an individualized list of to-do tasks and/or experiments to try.

- 1 Live Coaching Session 60 - Minutes $150.
- 1 Deep Dive Session 90- Minutes $250. Includes 1 accountability check-in and strategy outline
- Monthly Sessions: 60 minute 1 on 1 + Accountability Check-Ins $350. Includes strategy implementation, weekly accountability check-ins, session notes, productivity tools and templates, access to networking and personal development opportunities and resources (subscription-based).

- You're highly motivated to reach your goals. (8 and above out of 10 on the motivation scale)
- You're able to commit to the same date and time each week for your session.
- You're comfortable using technology on your phone, tablet or computer.
- You have reliable internet access.
- You have a valid and active email address.
- You're coachable, i.e. good at following instructions AND working on your own.
